Fencing Compared With The Alternatives
Timber posts and gravel boards are the timber route, but moisture leading to rot is the issue with them, and so is painting, this is why we recommend using concrete posts and concrete gravel boards which are set into concrete. They need no painting, do not rot and stop the damp reaching your wooden fencing.

How A Fence Is Put Up
If posts are being bedded into concrete, we use a concrete post rather than a wooden one. Wooden posts can be set into metal post holders in the ground, to protect the timber from ground contact.
